A must-see for travelers from Japan! hotel delivery service

Blez Online Shop offers a service to deliver products to customers planning trips from Japan to Thailand for them to receive during their stay.

Whether you don't have time to visit a pharmacy while traveling or want to receive items you’ve already decided on right away, you can shop without wasting any of your valuable time.

 

Shipping fees vary depending on the total order amount and the delivery address.
For those in our delivery-eligible area with postal code 10110, delivery is free for orders of 500 baht or more; for those with postal code 10330, it is free for orders of 1,000 baht or more.
For all other areas, EMS shipping is free for orders of 1,000 baht or more.
※The minimum order amount for free delivery was changed in April 2023. (Revised December 2023)

＜Order Process＞
1. Please add your desired items to your shopping cart on the Blez Online Shop and place your order.

2. Please include your full Thailand travel itinerary (hotel name, dates of stay, and name of the guest) in English and Japanese in the remarks section when placing your order. (We also accept these details via LINE or email.)

3. "Delivery" will appear as an option for shipping only if you are in an eligible delivery area. Please select "Delivery" rather than postal shipping.
All orders outside the eligible area will be shipped via EMS.
Payments can be made via advance bank transfer to a Japanese bank account or by credit card.

4. We will deliver your items to your hotel during your trip.
　※For specified areas within Bangkok, same-day delivery is available. For other areas, items will be sent via EMS to arrive before your specified date. (If using postal shipping, please confirm with your hotel beforehand that they can accept packages on your behalf.)

 

＜Important Notes＞
・If the person placing the order (the name on the payment) is different from the hotel guest, please let us know in advance.

・This service is not available for those staying in Thailand for less than one night while in transit.
　Additionally, we cannot deliver to airports.

・Specific delivery times cannot be requested. Deliveries are made on weekday evenings. For EMS shipping, items will arrive on a weekday prior to your requested date, so please ensure you obtain approval from your hotel for the early arrival of your package.

・Please check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. Returns and exchanges are only possible if the products you received do not match your order. No other returns or exchanges are permitted.

・If you are unable to receive the products due to personal circumstances, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus the bank transfer fees and shipping costs. (We do not ship to Japan.)

・Depending on the type of product, there may be restrictions on bringing items into Japan. Please place your order at your own risk, as items exceeding the scope of personal use may be subject to confiscation.
