Thank you for visiting the Blaze Online Shop.

The BLEZ online shop is operated by the Japanese resident "BLEZ Pharmacy" in Bangkok.

This is a mail-order service that allows Japanese people living in Thailand to shop easily from the comfort of their own homes. We will deliver products all over Thailand without having to visit the store or carry heavy luggage.
*We do not accept shipments outside of Thailand.

If you are using our site for the first time, please be sure to read it first.

Products handled

Products that can be ordered online are limited to items that can be purchased at pharmacies, such as supplements, herbs, Chinese medicine, physiological saline, masks, proteins, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, beauty and health products, etc., excluding pharmaceuticals .
Online shop inventory is not linked to store inventory in real time. In some cases, items that are in short supply may remain in stock online even though the store is sold out. In that case, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives in the form of an order order, so please wait for a few days.

For medicines or products not listed on the site, please contact us via email, LINE, or the inquiry form .

Delivery area

Blaze Online only accepts orders from within Thailand.
We do not accept orders or deliveries from outside Thailand including Japan under any circumstances.
If you wish to ship outside of Thailand, please use a personal import agency service that we have business with.
In addition to the store price of our shop, there is a purchase and shipping agency fee, but you can use special services for those who want to purchase Thai products individually, such as payment in Japanese yen, free shipping, and product arrival guarantee.

For shipping charges

BLEZ ONLINE (hereinafter referred to as "our store"), with the exception of some products, will deliver in Thailand as follows.
Customers who meet the following two conditions will receive free shipping.
1. If you live in Thailand and the total order amount is 1,000B or more 2. If your postal code is one of 10110, 10500, or 10330 and the total order amount is 300B or more

Please note that 100B will be charged as a shipping fee for each order other than the above.

In rare cases, a shipping fee different from the above may be displayed, in which case we will inform you of the correct shipping fee by separate email.

*If the total weight of your parcel exceeds 2kg, an extra delivery fee will be charged.

Please feel free to contact us if your address is within our delivery area.

About excess weight

In the case of mailing, if the total weight of the package exceeds 2 kg, we will charge an additional 100 baht shipping fee. Plus 100 baht for every additional 1kg from 2kg.
In that case, the payment amount will be changed, so we will recalculate and inform you again. All mailed items will be sent by EMS.

*If you live in the zip code 10110, 10500, or 10330 area, there is no basic weight limit for our delivery service.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTER).
Same as in store, available for orders over 300 baht.
On the site, you can pay by credit card even if it is less than 300 baht, but we may ask you to make an additional order for the shortfall.

You can choose Thai bank account at Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank.

Please pay by bank transfer (prepayment).
You can easily transfer money in Thailand with no fees using the bank app.
Once the transfer is complete, please reply with the statement image via LINE or email.
After confirming the payment, we will proceed to the shipping procedure.

Even if you do not have a Thai bank account, you can transfer money from the nearest bank window.
Cash on delivery is not supported.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will prepare for shipment.
Our store and online inventory are not synchronized in real time, so there may be times when an item is out of stock when you place your order. In that case, we will arrange the arrival immediately and ship it. Please note that we may not be able to ship on the same day.

For credit card users

VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX credit cards can be used at BLEZ online shop. (Some also support web money)

Please use credit card payment for orders over 300 baht. If you pay less than 300 baht, you will have to place an additional order for the shortfall.
The payment company uses the "Stripe" payment system, which has robust security and is safe. https://stripe.com/jp Also, depending on the credit card, there are times when credit card payments cannot be used at overseas mail order sites based in Thailand like ours. If your credit card payment fails several times, please contact your credit card company. You can use it if you change the settings so that it can be used for shopping outside of Japan.

About postal delivery and delivery

The parcel will be sent by EMS from the post office. Your parcel will arrive within 2 business days. Mailing cannot be specified on the date and time.

Delivery If you live in a delivery area, our delivery staff will deliver it on the same day or by the next day (excluding Sundays).
Please contact us for delivery time.

* Sunday delivery is only available when our staff can handle it.
*If the order is crowded, it may take some time to deliver.
*If you wish to deliver in a hurry, we will arrange paid services such as GRAB at the customer's expense.

About returns and refunds

For initial defects, we will request replacement from the manufacturer, so it will be handled by replacement. If we don't have it in stock, we will refund your money.

Returns and refunds other than initial defects are not possible. (Once shipped from our store, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and security reasons. Please understand.)

About store receipt

In addition to delivery, you can also choose over-the-counter delivery at Blaze Pharmacy Bloop. Please select store pick-up at the time of ordering and fill in the desired store name in the remarks column . Please see the list of stores from here .
In the case of in-store pick-up, there is no shipping charge regardless of the total amount. When the product is ready, we will inform you of the possible pick-up date.
Member card stamp service is available only for store pick-up.
