Refund policy

Regarding Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Returns and refunds are only possible on the same day you receive the product, and only in cases of initial defects or shipping errors on our part. As a general rule, for pharmaceuticals that have once left the store, we cannot accept returns or refunds under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  2. Please note that cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Due to customer’s personal reasons

  • Items that have been used, had their seals removed, or packaging opened

  • Special-order or sale items

  • Items that have been damaged or soiled due to customer negligence

  • Items without original packaging (bags/cases)

  • Other items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product details page

  1. Shipping costs related to returns will be borne by our company.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product arrives at our store.
