This 100% whey isolate protein was developed by BLEZ. It is recommended for those who want to lose weight without losing muscle mass.

Using the included scoop, mix the protein with 200ml-250ml of water or milk and drink. One Protein is designed to dissolve easily even in small amounts of liquid, allowing you to freely adjust the intensity of the flavor. Since it has a subtle chocolate taste, it also pairs well with soy milk or orange juice.

Beyond its benefits for muscle maintenance, it is also very satiating, making it a great option for meal replacement diets.
