使用方法
外側の症状（外痔核など）：あらかじめ患部をぬるま湯や水できれいに洗い、タオルなどで優しく水分を拭き取って完全に乾かします。その後、軟膏を指に適量とり、患部にまんべんなく行き渡るように優しく塗布してください。通常は 1日1回（または朝・晩の2回など症状に応じて） 使用します。

内側の症状（内痔核など）：箱に同梱されている専用の注入用ノズル（ヘッド）をチューブに取り付けます。挿入をスムーズにするために少量の軟膏をノズルの先端に薄く伸ばし、肛門内に優しく挿入して、1回分の必要量（目安として1本の1/6〜全量）をゆっくりと注入してください。
