*Please be sure to enter the order management number "number starting with BO" in the remarks column of the recovery certificate application page. The order management number can be confirmed from the email after the purchase is completed.

3 After the doctor confirms the information, we will send you a recovery certificate by email.

<Notes>

A recovery certificate can be issued after 10 days of isolation, with the day when PCR, QAT or ATK was found to be positive. If the 10-day quarantine cannot be confirmed, we cannot issue a recovery certificate.
